Is LED therapy safe?
Yes. LED light therapy is a non-invasive technology, with no UV and no excessive heat. It's suitable for all skin types. Not recommended in case of photosensitive epilepsy, pregnancy, or photosensitising treatment (consult your doctor in that case).
How long does a session last?
Between 10 and 20 minutes depending on the mask. All our masks feature an automatic timer with programmed shut-off.
How often should I use the mask?
For visible results, we recommend 4 to 5 sessions per week for the first 4 weeks, then 2 to 3 times a week for maintenance.
When do I see the first results?
The first effects (radiance, hydration) are often visible from 2 to 3 weeks. Anti-ageing and anti-acne results become established after 4 to 8 weeks of regular use.
Can I use the mask with my skincare routine?
Yes. Apply the mask to clean, dry skin, or lightly moisturised with a compatible serum. Avoid photosensitising products (retinol, AHA/BHA) before the session.
